Active Lifestyle Can Help

When your body weight begins to be too large in relation to growth and morphology, or in some places where we begin to notice an increased body fat in order to take slimming action. Most are looking for miraculous diet that will allow us to consume large amounts of sweets and lose weight at the same time. Often there's a decision to start taking exercise - gymnastics, but we want to practice at most 15 minutes and do not sweat, and for sure: not to tire.

Unfortunately the current perception of these methods often don't pass the exam. Most effective and quickest is to bring together a large amount of physical activity with a decrease in the amount of food eaten, and especially tasty cakes, ice creams and fried foods. In the course of intensive exercise, we can not take starvation diet, but we should try to feed on reasonably: lean, best meat or fish (non fried), limit eating of sauces, small quantities of sweets, lots of vegetables and fruit, a lot of not sweetened liquids - so in short, our diet should look like above.

Slimming sports - in the first place we go swimming. Half an hour a day is a good dose. Effective is running, only to run fast enough is good, not slowly troting. Even 20-30 minutes a day is a good dose. Cycling is also helpful to slim down, especially for fat thighs and hips. We should maintain the pace of 12-15 km / h. The daily dose is at least 10 km. Marches, walks, mountain tours are excellent, performed at least for 2 hours. Of course, dont have time to go to the mountains for 5 hours, 10 km bike ride and a run or swim for half an hour. However, we should seek to engage in one of the daily activities, weekends or holidays and even a few sports day. Of course, the first attempt will be very scary and we gonna be tired, but after a few such as days you will feel much better after a month we will begin to notice differences in the fat tissue throughout the body and appearance. In simple words our shape and mass will change.

If you find it really hard to go for fresh air and lose weight we can practice at home some yoga or slimming exercise for certain parts of our body. The following are the names of exercises on slimming, providing a systematic daily programme in various sets, for at least 40-60 minutes per day.

It is important to perform exercises 2-3 hours after a meal - preferably with an empty stomach in the morning, before breakfast. Clothing should be loose, not embarrassing movements - t-shirt and shorts will be the right one for you.

Hip Circulation
Stand in the light astride, put hands on hips. We make hips first in circulation for a few minutes left, then right for the same time. Try to make circulatory hips as far as possible from the resting position. This exercise can get rid of fat from the area of hip and abdomen.

Remember that real results usually don't come quickly. Longer period of time you practise better results will be achieved. Trying one week or one month may be not enough. Train for longer period of time with determination and the results will come.
