For what reasons you can not lose weight?
On your way to lose weight you will met the some barriers that may prevent your efforts. Many of them are real challenges, quite possible that they are one of those that prevent you to lose fat in the past. Thus, it is recommended that you look into the barriers on the road to the new body shape.

One of the more common barriers. You do not have to have plenty of time to start working, as well as you do not need to change your current life to lose weight.
Solution:

Social support, whether from a partner, friend or family is extremely important. However, there will be people and situations, which hypothetically could jeopardize your new healthy lifestyle.
Solution:
Watch who is supporting you and who is a saboteur. Research shows that 80% of people with the support of a spouse just loved actively practicing. Find a partner to the exercises, which will be hugely motivated. Find people that will make your way to an active life. For example, if your partner agrees to treat children 3 times a week, you will have time to exercise. An explanation to other peoples that the role they play in your life is important, will be a great step forward.
