1000 Calories Diet

Many peoples are wondering "Is it possible to lose 10 kg in just 2 days?". Let's investigate, there is really no evidence or peoples who achieved such as miracle. To lose weight you must change your way of thinking and mentality. Hard working peoples can set themselves same diet but with different amount 1500 to 1800 calories. The rules are simple, daily intake don't exceed 1000 kalories.

Daily Plan:

Breakfast = 200 kcal
Second Breakfast = 150 kcal
Dinner = 350 kcal
Afternoon Snack = 100 kcal
Supper = 200 kcal

Important element of slimming is deficit of calories. Guideline daily amount is 2000 kcal. Anyone who take 1000 kcal instead of 2000 will then have 1000 kcal less per day. One week difference will be 7000 kcal (7 days multiply 1000 kcal) and it equals 1 kilogram of burned fat! Imagine yourself 1 kg weekly is 4 kg per month!

Important: Try not to eat products such as fat meat, pork meat, yellow cheese and alcohol which is strongly not recommended.

Dont't be surprise when at first week you lose 1-4 kg because in second week it won't work as good as first week and after few weeks this diet (1000 kcal) may stop work at all. Eat four to five times a day small meals instead of large meals less often. That will help you to feel full during the day. Try to keep around 3 hours between meals. Snacks and fruits should be also calculated and treated as meal if they have too many calories.

Don't forget 250 kcal of bacon and 250 kcal of fruits is not the same. In the first case most of the fat is accumulating in your body. And fruits are more carbohydrates, if there is no too much of carbohydrates they are not accumulating fat in your body.
